- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. b. Service Agreement: Upon requesting a service, a detailed service agreement will be provided outlining the scope, timeline, and costs involved. c. Payment: Payments must be made according to the terms specified in the service agreement. We accept various forms of payment including credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as agreed upon. d. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property created during the service remains the property of AP Design And Graphics until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client. e. Revisions: Any revisions to the deliverables must be requested within the timeframe specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.
- User Responsibilities
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting services. b. Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services. c. Confidentiality: You agree to keep any non-public information shared between you and AP Design And Graphics confidential. d. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs): AP Design And Graphics is willing to work with your NDA provided it does not conflict with applicable laws and our terms and conditions.
- Limitation of Liability
AP Design And Graphics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
- Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users of our services, us, or third parties.
